Burns
It seemed to help temporarily but it burns. So no I wouldn't recommend it. The rest of polysporin ointments I have tried are fantastic. The pink eye stuff sucks.

I am very disappointed in this product.
I went to the clinic and the nurse practitioner recommended these drops. My left eye was pink so. Put the drops in it. The next day my right eye was pink as well, so I put 2 drips
in each.
It does sting when the drops go in. My eyes are more sore and now feel gritty- my eyes were not sore before using the drops.

Very expensive and did not work for pink eye
I had pink eye. And I decided to buy these drops to try before going to my GP. As a lot of plotter people reported they burn so bad I’m not sure what’s worse the pink eye pain or the drop stinging. Also I am not allergic to anything. But something in these drops dried out my skin around my eyes to the point the skin is peeling. Don’t waist your $40. Go see you GP and get a prescription

Great to have on hand
Very convenient. Worked well for me and my kids (5yo and 8yo). No cry or complain.

Painful
Just bought this a few weeks ago in case my kids ever get pink eye. So the time came to use them last night when my sons eye turned pink and says he has burning sensation in his eyes and hurt when he blinks.
As soon as I gave him the drop, he started screaming in pain. I would really like to know if this is expected or if I should stop use immediately. The redness in his eyes got better following use but the pain really concerns me.

Great Products to Keep on Hand
I have never had any problem with Polysporin Eye Drops or Polysporin Ear Drops. I always carry both of these in my travel medication bag since we had to use the Ear Drops for a very bad ear infection my husband got in France in 2018. Before each trip I check the expiry date and replace if necessary. It is a minor expense compared to getting medication in a foreign country.
