Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for my daughter’s ear infections These have worked great twice now. The first time my daughter had an ear infection I took her to a quick care clinic and this was recommended by a doctor there. This week my daughter had another earache and and I couldn’t get in to a clinic this time but I remembered I had use these drops last time. I tried them again and I they worked great, no doctor’s appointment necessary.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked great for the kids, but not myself My two sons brought pink eye home, and I grabbed the polysporin pink eye drop right away. Within 2 days, theirs had basically cleared up, but we continued for about 5 more to be sure. Of course they pass it onto me, and I had to go out and get some drops of my own. Problem is, they don't seem to be working for me as well as they did for the kids. It's like they are keeping it at bay, but not getting rid of it. I'm on day 3 of use, religiously putting them in, waiting the minute before I open my eyes. But all I seem to be getting is irritated eyes, that takes all my willpower not to rub. It honestly feels like they are drying out and stinging. But here I am, still getting the pink eye goobies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stuff I have used this product for years! Working with children means I’m exposed to pink eye a lot and the smallest sign of it I use these drops and it’s gone. Excellent product!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Burning and feels like sand! I’ve been using this for a few days and honestly I don’t think it’s helping my eye infection. My eye seems to get if I don’t use it but as soon as I use the drops, my eyes burn and feel like I have sand in them. They itch and sting endlessly. I’m not really sure what to do to to treat this pink eye.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It worked! Writing because I saw so many bad reviews on here, which deterred me from using polysporin drops. And I don’t want the same thing to happen to other people because I wish I used em sooner. After reading some of the reviews I had hesitations on getting this so ended up going to the doctor and he gave me drops and oral meds for the pink eye. Neither of which worked and it just kept getting worse. For almost 2 weeks.. Finally tried the polysporin drops and felt relief right away. Didn’t wake up with my eyes glued shut the next morning and 2 days later it’s almost 100%.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burning my eyes! I have pink eye and chose to use Polysporin Eye Drops. I have used them for about a day and a half now and my eyes have gotten progressively worse - now they are burning fiercely, are bright red and the drops hasn't stopped the eye infection yet, only slightly improved. I will call your 1-800 number as indicated below.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought this yesterday and started using it, my eyes became more irritated, I assumed the pink eye was just getting worse. After 24 hrs and not only no relief but even worse symptoms I looked up reviews for the product and immediately stopped using these drops! I used some regular clear eye drops and I’m already feeling better then I have in the last 24 hrs using these drops. I do not recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WARNING-HORRIBLE PRODUCT -DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I just bought this product and it burned my eyes and made my eye worse!!! My eye was redder, burning/stinging sensation. My eye area was swollen and in extreme pain. Was able to get into see doctor and shared with her what happened with this product. My doctor highly recommended NOT to use this product. When it comes to your eyes please see a medical practitioner and get proper medication cuz this product is not recommended and seriously hurts the eye. What a waste of money!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please dont use this! I had bacterial conjuctivitis and started using Polysporin as directed. In the beginning, there was no burn. But then on the second day it began to sting and on the third day my eyes were buring to the point that I couldn't leave them open and my eyes were tearing so much. I went to the doctor and he wrote me a prescription antibiotic drop. My eyes cleared up within 2 days of using the prescription drops. Polysporin, please take your product off the market! There is something in the formula that is really bad for the eyes. If someone withstands the burning for your recommended 7 days (which I intended to do), I have no doubt that the drops could lead to lasting damage to the cornea. Again, please take it off the market, fix it and then distribute again. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked very well I scratched my eye a week ago, something stuck under my contact lens I believe, and a day later my eye was very red. Symptoms increased and pointed to pink eye. Been using these drops for the past 6 days and am very happy with the results. Symptoms subsided after about 3 days of the recommended use but I will continue to treat for one more day to be certain it is healed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is painful! Surely this should not be as painful as it is?? The drops exacerbated the discomfort, pain and itching. This was nasty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work I began using this product when I had the feeling of sandpaper under my eyelid. I followed the instructions. My eye is actually worse now than it was before I started the treatment. Not sure what to do now. I guess I need to go see the doctor and get a better antibiotic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The drops cleared up the redness in a few days The first time I used the eye drops my eyes also burned as some reviews here mention. However, I did not quit and within a few days the drops no longer burned my eyes and the redness disappeared. So my theory is that the burning happened because the eyes were sore and raw from the infection; but that soon stopped as the infection cleared up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Follow the Instructions ! I purchased this product last Wednesday (November 4, 2020), I had severe pink eye to the point that I light sensitivity so severe that I had to close the one eye and discharge from my eye at night. I started on the drops, as directed on the package, the eye did not seem to get better, but after a day of use (4 doses), the sensitivity to light disappeared and after three days three days there was not discharge from my eyes at night and the redness was almost gone. So, read the instructions and follow them !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful Product I’ve used this a number of times over the years and it seems to do the trick. It’s a bit pricey but worth it to me. Those reviews saying they are having issues should absolutely make sure they are using the right product for their symptoms. Sometimes all you need is a warm compress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns and increases redness I was at the beginning of a pink eye and went to speak with the pharmacist. She gave me these drops and said things should clear up after a day. I was shoked at the 23$ this little bottle was, and now all for nothing because it burns my eyes, turns red, hurts. I feel as my eye was getting better, until I placed some drops in. Iritates the eye so bad, I don't know what to do, is this normal? can't be...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT WORKS I woke up with an itchy, crusty slightly reddened eye. I went to the pharmacist and he recommended to try these eye drops. After 2 doses it felt less uncomfortable and after 4 doses it feels much much better. I plan on continuing to use for a few more days.
