Rated 5 out of 5 by from Follow the Instructions ! I purchased this product last Wednesday (November 4, 2020), I had severe pink eye to the point that I light sensitivity so severe that I had to close the one eye and discharge from my eye at night. I started on the drops, as directed on the package, the eye did not seem to get better, but after a day of use (4 doses), the sensitivity to light disappeared and after three days three days there was not discharge from my eyes at night and the redness was almost gone. So, read the instructions and follow them !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Always works for me I have bought this product a couple times and I have always been pleased with it. I see there are a lot of comments about redness and burning. I have never experienced this. My pink eye clears up in a few days and these drops help to relieve itching, reduce the gunk and soothe my eyes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful Product I’ve used this a number of times over the years and it seems to do the trick. It’s a bit pricey but worth it to me. Those reviews saying they are having issues should absolutely make sure they are using the right product for their symptoms. Sometimes all you need is a warm compress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never worked for me. This product burns my eyes, not helping at all, waste of my money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns and increases redness I was at the beginning of a pink eye and went to speak with the pharmacist. She gave me these drops and said things should clear up after a day. I was shoked at the 23$ this little bottle was, and now all for nothing because it burns my eyes, turns red, hurts. I feel as my eye was getting better, until I placed some drops in. Iritates the eye so bad, I don't know what to do, is this normal? can't be...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT WORKS I woke up with an itchy, crusty slightly reddened eye. I went to the pharmacist and he recommended to try these eye drops. After 2 doses it felt less uncomfortable and after 4 doses it feels much much better. I plan on continuing to use for a few more days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous product, works quickly, but hard to find. This is a fabulous product which works quickly to relieve the itch and other symptoms of pink eye. My only issue is that I often cannot find it at my local pharmacy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product works and works fast! I had pink eye last month, used this product for 7 days and felt relief after 2 days. It cleared up the strands of white mucous within 24 hours. I am so thankful to be able to buy this off the shelf. Thank you so much!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So fast! My daughter had swollen red eye lids, and yellow discharge. This helped after just 1 dose! And I didn’t have to wait for hours at the walk-in clinic. She had a bacterial infection, vs a viral infection.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works but costs a fortune My left eye, on the outside corner, had been painful and sore for about 3 days and began to have minor swelling/redness. I bought these eye/ear drops as a preventative measure to (hopefully) stop whatever the issue might have been. By the next day I had relief. The swelling and and general soreness was gone. I continued using them and found my issue left. Overall I'd say the product worked for me but at $21 (tax included) for such a small amount and small bottle, I am disappointed. The cost is a little steep for the amount of product received.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product does not work Years ago this product worked great. Now it is way to overpriced and does not work. Not sure if you changed the product but a huge waste of money. I do not recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product I’ve used this twice for pink eye and it resolved the infection within a week to two. Dr recommended this product. My eye was sore, red and discharge, crust the usually symptoms. You have to bath your eye too along with using the drops. Yes it stung..your eye is infected, it takes time for the antibiotic to work. But I guess some people are more sensitive to these drops , In which case see your doctor for another kind..nothing wrong with these drops,,it’s my go too when I have an eye infection every time. .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soothing I was surprised to read the reviews after two days of using the product I disagree with the negative ones I found it to be soothing and it seems to be helping it's only 2 days so we'll see but so far so good:))

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stings but it works! I have to say I do agree with most of the reviews here this product does sting..for a nice while after putting the drops in ,but it works!!! I don't care about the sting as long as it works.. it saved me a trip to the doctor. My eyes went from being runny, lots of discharge, itchy, painful , and swollen to 80% better after 4 doses! its a great product!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The eye drops do work very well, once you can access them. The shrink wrapping on the bottle is just evil. After ten minutes of patient tinkering with both scissors and a sharp knife, I still haven't succeeded in removing all of the shrink wrapping, but I have stabbed myself in the finger, drawing blood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and COnvenient! My almost 2-year-old daughter started showing signs of Pink Eye yesterday when she woke up from her nap. Her eye was all sticky with guck on her eyelashes and she continuously rubbed her eye throughout the day. We were going to take her to the doctor today and waste an entire day sitting at the hospital ER department. Instead, we got the drops and after two drops in her eye, I've noticed a significant improvement. She did not scream or show any signs of discomfort other than being held still. After a nap there are now minimal crusties on her eyelashes. Just those two drops helped a lot. I'm so glad we got this today instead of wasting the day waiting on a doctor to see her. I will definitely be keeping this product on hand for future eye issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money This product is horrible it feels like I have daggers in my eyes put this product in over an hour ago and it’s still burning

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pain! After one day of successful use (2 drops per eye, 4 times a day), the product became extremely painful. As others have said, the drops cause great discomfort, red eye, burning, and irritation. This is a new development as the old formula did not cause such horrible pain. Currently laying in bed unable to sleep from the stinging. My advice, avoid this product for another form of polymyxin b.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Makes Things Much Worse Went to a pharmacist to get something for pink eye. I was given these drops. Been 24 hours and 4 times used with my eye being much more itchy, more red, more painful than before. It doesn't sooth or make it better. Seeing so many negative reviews...I am surprised this product is still being sold. Hopefully no damage to my eye. Will check with an optometrist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Itchy, but works yellowish pus was coming out of my eye. My pharmacist friend recommend this product. It was itchy at first then it felt fine. Used it for a couple of days and eyes were back to normal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product turned my eyes dark red I thought I may have the start of pink eye or dry eye. After 2 hours of one drop in each eye, my blood vessels darkened red and my eyes look absolutely horrible. At first the drops seemed soothing then started burning. My whites are seriously red. Not worth the price or the result, and after reading all of the negative online reviews and the responses from the manufacturer I’m not sure why the product has not improved - may be time for a new product launch from a competitor?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I started using these eye drops on a Thursday morning when I woke up with a crusty eye. By Sunday my eye was worse and had spread to my other eye. I would wake up with swollen eye lids in the mornings after using this product before bed. Ended up at the doctor who gave me a prescription and with only two doses of one drop each eye so far my eyes feel 100x better. Wont ne using this product again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did you add alochol? Polysporin eye drops: was a good product. I missed it when it was off the market. Now it is back containing alcohol. Horribly irritating and stinging. This product actually makes the condition worse!!! i can't believe this is recommended for children. Bring back the old formulation!!!! BTW: I used this on my dogs so some of the questions N/A (although when my dog freaked I did put some in my eye and found extreme burning!)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I should’ve read the reviews 1st 2 days ago, I started to notice a little pink in the corner of my eye, then it moved to the other eye. I bought this product out of convenience on the shelf, and as soon as I used it, my eyes began to sting a little. I figured this was an indication the product was “working”. Next day, I used it 2 more times and I just had to stop, not only did it start stinging and irritating my eyes, it was significantly more red, not even a slight pink anymore. It was getting worse by the minute so I had to rinse my eyes out and got instant relief! A waste of money for sure. I should’ve read the numerous reviews saying the EXACT same thing! I don’t even want my $$ back, just take it off the shelves until you improve your product and save people from burning, red eyes!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Painful to use I started with minor pink eye which was actually not bothersome at all. Decided to be proactive just incase as I was going to make a trip on the highway, driving long distance, and wanted to ensure my eyes were fine. So I bought this. I instantly experienced extreme burning, dryness, scratchiness, and discomfort. After administering, my eyes were immediately blood red in color, swollen, and after an hour or so developed crustiness/discharge. After a couple more hours it subsides, my eyes look basically normal, feel lubricated, and no longer burn....just in time to have to put another dose in my eyes!! After 2 days of this, I had it and discontinued using. I wish I had read all these similar reviews before wasting $20. Not a cheap product for over the counter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is a horrible product. My eyes immediately started burning and they went extremely red after using. I rinsed out the product with an eye rinser. This product should not be on the shelves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not only is this product a waste of money but makes your eye WORSE! This product does not even deserve one star. I got a sudden case of mild irritation in one eye and purchased this for a whopping price of $20. My eye immediately got even more red after with an increased burning sensation. It has been over 3 hours and the redness has not subsided. Horrible product!
